Council Meetings

Council meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month in the Stonecrest Resource Room between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm. The meetings are open to all Stonecrest parents and guardians, whether you are on the council or not. All parents and guardians are encouraged to attend to hear what is happening at the school, ask questions or raise issues.

The agenda for each council meeting typically consists of reports given by school staff and council members, discussions about upcoming events and fundraising activities and discussion of any issues that could potentially impact our children at school.

Membership on Council is open to any Stonecrest parent or guardian. If you are interested, or want to know more about SES Council please send an email to chair@stonecrest-council.ca.
